01 · The whole operation
One control centre instead of five apps.
Reservations, doors, energy, housekeeping and stock know about each other. When the dates change, the door code, the cleaning plan and the guest message change with them.
- in development
Reservations and channels
Calendar, rates and availability in one place, with two-way sync to Booking.com, Airbnb and other channels.
Door codes
One code for the building and the apartment, valid only for the stay. The system knows when the guest has actually arrived.
Guest messaging
Instructions, door code and welcome in four languages, chosen automatically from the guest's nationality.
Housekeeping as an app
Cleaners claim jobs on their phones, see what comes next and earn a reward for every completed cleaning.
Linen and supplies
Every completed cleaning deducts linen and consumables from stock. You know about a shortage before the guest does.
Energy and devices
Boilers follow occupancy and a background watchdog flags anything that is off or offline. Heating control is next.
02 · Automation
One stay. Zero manual steps.
This is the real log of a single stay. Every step is recorded, failures are retried, and if a retry doesn't help, you get a push notification on your phone.

03 · Self-service and compliance
What usually takes an email to support is a button here.
| Task | Usually | Staylio |
|---|---|---|
| New room or rate plan on a channel | Email support and wait | Guided setup in the app |
| Foreign guest reporting (Czech UbyPort) | Batch once a day | At check-in, with a delivery receipt check |
| Guest register and city tax | Two records, reconciled by hand | One guest record, tax per municipal ordinance |
| Door code | Typed in by hand or sent at a fixed time | Created automatically, valid exactly for the stay |
| When something fails | You find out manually | Automatic retries and a push to your phone |
Some of these features are still in development — see the system status for exactly what runs today.

Built on events, not polling.
Every change to a reservation, availability or room status goes out in real time. We are preparing an open API, webhooks and a sandbox for integration partners.
