Who processes your data

The data controller is Jakub Šuda, Company ID 08330131, registered business address Školní 210, 549 81 Meziměstí, Czech Republic, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register.

What data we collect and why

When you submit the enquiry form, we process your name, email, property type, number of units and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange a demo or cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for no longer than 12 months from submission; after that it is deleted automatically. If we agree to work together, further processing is governed by our contract.

Who has access

Only the operator can see the data. The website and database are hosted by Railway Corporation (USA), which processes them on our behalf on servers in the European Union (the Netherlands). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
